CASA PASSARINHA

A NIGHT IN THE FOREST

Adventurers seeking an unforgettable immersion in the forest can add to their Anavilhanas experience—for an extra fee—a night at Casa Passarinha, our private retreat located 60 km upriver from Anavilhanas, accessible only by boat. Tucked away between the forest and a small stream, it’s an overnight excursion that can be added by families or groups of up to 12 people staying at the hotel for 3 nights or more. Guests can choose between sleeping in hammocks or beds, all in a single dormitory—inspired by the traditional dwellings of the Amazon’s indigenous peoples.

The adventure begins after a day of hiking through centuries-old caves and a delicious lunch set up at another secret base we have in the forest. At Casa Passarinha, travelers enjoy a dinner prepared by our team, accompanied by lively conversation, as well as a night lulled by the symphony of the jungle.

The Casa Passarinha experience must be booked in advance and is available only to guests staying three nights or more at Anavilhanas.
